Cssr mlok.jpg

This pattern is nicknamed "mlok" (salamander in Czech). It was used primarily by Czechoslovak paratroopers - but was apparently also used by other branches of the CSSR Army (ČSLA = Československá lidová armáda in Czech and Československá ľudová armáda in Slovak).

There are three version of the Mlok jacket:

- With hood, and pocket on the right breast (under the patch for the rank badge)

- Without hood, pocket on the left breast (the patch for the rank badge is still on the right breast)

- Without hood, longer. "Handwarmer pockets" (nicknamed "kongo")

This pattern was replaced by the Vz 60 rain pattern (called jehlicí in Czech)
